Hey there!

Real Talk is an online project that aims to encourage dialogue about wellbeing issues experienced by creative people. By sharing of ideas, stories and knowledge from all over the community, we hope to build a space filled with empowering resources to help you lead your best creative life.

Real Talk is curated and edited by Kitiya Palaskas, a designer based in Melbourne, Australia. This project is a product of her ongoing personal endeavours to help facilitate more dialogue around wellbeing issues for the creative community.
