Real Talk allows companies to sponsor content at our discretion, and such posts will fully disclose this in detail.  Real Talk accepts advertisers which will be clearly identified as such on the website.

Use of images
All images posted on Real Talk are copyrighted by their creators. For all images featured within the posts on this website, we will reference creators and provide a direct link back to the image source. If we have used an image of yours and you would like it removed or the credit information edited, please email us at and the deletion or changes will be made promptly.

If you would like to share an original image from the Real Talk website you are welcome to. However, please credit Real Talk and the appropriate creator (where applicable), and link back to the original source. If you wish to use an image we have reposted from another creator, please credit them directly, rather than us.

Reposted content
Here on Real Talk we post original content written and created by us. However, we do also share content created by others in order to provide you with inspiring and informative resources to make your experience on our website more valuable. We will never directly copy and paste existing written content (like articles, blog posts, or worksheets). Instead, we will write our own blurb about what the content entails, and provide a link directly to the source of this content. If we repost images in relation to this content, we will always credit and link back to the original creator and source.

When posting videos or podcasts to the Real Talk website, we will embed the content where permitted, otherwise will link directly to the source.

Your thoughts, opinions and experiences are welcomed and encouraged on the Real Talk website. Please note that we reserve the right to reject or delete any comment that we find to be inappropriate, offensive, spam, or solely for the purpose of promoting a company or product. We have a zero tolerance policy for cyber bullying, trolling, harassment of any nature, and discrimination against individuals over race, sexual preference, religious beliefs, and cultural background. Discriminatory comments will be immediately deleted and where applicable, users will be blocked.

Email newsletter
When you sign up for our email newsletter we collect your personal information which could include your name, your business name (if applicable), your postal address and email address. We will only collect data from users who voluntarily opt-in to our email newsletter, either by completing the sign up form on this website, or signing up via a paper-based form at a Real Talk event.

Site analytics
We may also collect your personal data via the Squarespace Analytics tool, which helps us understand what kind of person is visiting this site. The data collected could include but is not limited to browser type, version and language, operating system, pages viewed while browsing the site, page access times, referring website address, and country location. This collected information is used solely internally for the purpose of gauging visitor traffic, trends and delivering personalised content to you while you are at this site.  We do not make, and do not allow Squarespace to make, any attempt to find out the identities of anyone visiting this website via the Analytics tool.
